Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, slightly cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, yeast, hay, flowers, anise, sour grass, fruit stones, minerals, light malts, paper, sawdust, dough, unripe berries. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, fruit stones, yeast, grass, anise, flowers, minerals, bark, weeds, hay, sawdust, light malts, paper. Medium bitterness, watery and slightly harsh sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Fair enough.
