Nice slightly bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, cloudy. Aroma is slightly sweet floral, yeast, wet hay, light malts, wash cloth, minerals, paper, flowers, sour grass, weak banana bubblegum. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, minerals, yeast, flowers, wet hay, light malts, paper, bark, wash cloth, soil, sour grass, fruit stones. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and harsh floral mouthfeel. Fair enough, but not really anything I think of as a Oktoberfest beer...
