Bottle. Creamy off-white mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty light hoppy aroma. pancake-notes. Alas not so great flavor. Moderate bitter but with notes of dishwater/soap. Average finish. Oily palate. I dont like it.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a clear, dark amber golden with a handsome, dense, off-white head leaving a neat lacework. Aroma of yeast and banana. Good, full, body with sweet notes of caramel and banana. Some yeast and a whiff of banana. Quite lovely and extremely well crafted. 060307

Bottled. A dark amber beer with a medium size light brown head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of wheat and banana, as well as caramel and light notes of citrus. The flavor is sweet, but at the same time with a slight acidity, probably from the wheat, which has a very strong presence combined with a strong fruityness especially citrus fruit, the banana note is quite subdued. The end is very dry with the caramel gaining power towards the end, that also has notes of wood, and still with the slightly acidic wheaty note lingering for a long time. The body mouthfeel is quite thick, and smooth almost like it was on nitro.
