White Noise (Ghost WHITE NOISE)

We have re-engineered this beer from the ground up. The concept is a blend between a Belgian Wit Beer + Juicy Hazy IPA. And damn if we didn't hit it! Appearance is the bright yellow opaqueness of both styles with a white, fluffy head. First aroma has the Belgian esters + fruity citrusy notes you'd expect from a classic wit beer, but then the candied hop quality of a New England Style IPA rears its head. First sip has a sharp hop bitterness, but it quickly subsides into a juicy hop flavor. Finish is dry reminiscent of the wit, and beckons the next sip.
