Kirkas, hyvin tummanruskea olut mitättömällä vaahdolla. Tuoksu todella vahvasti suklainen ja makea. Maussa makeutta ei ihan yhtä paljoa ole, mutta suklainen olut on todellakin kyseessä. Pieni happamuus/paahteisuus myös jälkimaussa. Onhan tämä vähän överiksi vedetty kaikin puolin, mutta mielenkiintoinen silti. Itse olut on kuitenkin "piilotettu" suklaisuuden taakse.

Where: Picked up in Denmark, had at home.
Appearance: Dark brown colour with a tan head.
Aroma: Chocolate, milk, vanilla, some roasted malt.
Body: Full body, low to medium carbonation.
Flavour: Chocolate, roasted malt, some dried fruit.

330ml bottle @ The Bishops Arms, Stockholm. Pours black with thin tan head. Aroma is light chocolate and caramel. Taste is dark malts, cocoa, with a moderate sweetness. Nicely balanced chocolate stout, although my heart says this is leaning more towards a porter.

Black pour with a fine dense beige head. A little bit to much chocolate and vanilla in both aroma and flavor. Also a bit to sweet for my likings.

Rated from old notes. Smells rich like caramel chocolate. Heavy, clings to the tongue, yet very refreshing. Just the right level of carbonation. Its clinginess threatens to become oily, but never does. Interesting and well made.

w zapachu dużo czekolady, wanilii, karmelu, toffi, do tego sporo kawy, trochę cynamonu. kolor czarny, nieprzejrzysty, klarowny. piana beżowa, średnio obfita, beżowa, stara się trzymać, ale średnio jej to idzie. w smaku pełne, czekolada, kokos, słodka kawa, toffi, śmietanka, sporo paloności, trochę palonego dębu, do tego trochę popiołu i wanilii. sprawia dość truflowe wrażenie, jak czekoladki z alkoholem. goryczka dość wysoka, ale nie przykrywa reszty smaku. palona, rumowa, czekoladowa. nasycenie raczej niskie. piwo bardzo dobre, słodkie, intensywne, przypomina jedzenie pralinek.

Sehr dunkelbraunes Bier mit einer fingerbreiten bräunlichen Schaumkrone. Geruch intensiv schokoladig, süß, Vanillle. Geschmack schokoladig, kaum röstmalzig, Vanille, Kokos, süß.

330ml bottle. Opaque, darkest brown colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, beige head. Sweet-ish chocolately aroma, hints of sugary cocoa powder, artificial red berry aroma, vanilla. Taste is very artificial, chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, artificial red berry flavour, bitter roasty finish. Weird.
