draught at the brewpub. Cloudy deep golden colour with a brown touch, large and very creamy off-white head. Robust malty-grainy nose. Malty, with hints of biscuits (Vollkornkeks, digestive biscuits), caramel and grains. Perfrectly balanced with a touch of resiny-fruity hops in the lingering finish. I am not normaly a fan of specialty grain beers, but this one is so moreish and perfectly balanced, so smooth on the palate - it’s a real pleasure!
