Med sin flotte rødbrune farve og skønne duft af karamel.
Fyldig i smagen med afstemte toner af maltens sødme, nelliker og lakrids og en antydning af humlens bitterhed.

Bottle. Beige, hazy golden beer, almost without head, just some beige bubbles. Sour and citric nose with a little maltiness. The flavor is a bit sour as well, with malt and some citrusy hops, leading to a citric and malty finish. A medium-bodied beer I bet was infected. I love the Danish beer-awakening, but I would love it even more if the breweries had a little better control with the hygiene. (070427)

(Bottle 50 cl) Alcohol is 6.9% according to the label. Pours a handsome, clear orangey brown with a somewhat rough, off-white head. Malty aroma with distinct notes of spruce needles. Solid, malty body with lots of sweetish, roasted malt. No real bitterness. OK as such, but not that bockish. 231206
