(bottle) Dark brown colour with a beige and short foamy head. Roasty malty aroma with notes of coffee, liquorice, leather, subtle fruity accents and a whiff of smoke. Moderately bitter and delicately sour flavour, surprisingly light bodied with a calm carbonation. Slim and moderately roasted malty base with notes of coffee, liquorice, hints of chocolate, dried fruits and shades of smoked ham in the background; mildly roasty bitter, slightly sour and delicately smoky finish with notes of liquorice, chocolate and coffee in the aftertaste.
