Slightly yeasty, caramel-malty aroma with fruity notes of dried fruits, apricots, accompanied by a good dash of herbal hops. Mildly bitter and sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Cara-malty, subtle fruity taste with herbal hops from the middle part, getting stronger towards the bitter and mildly fruity finish, which also lasts for a while. Pleasant Ale, reminding me a bit of an Altbier-Bock. 23.IV.11
