Bottle. Volcano-beer. Murky, orange-golden with a surprisingly small head, beige-colored, for a beer that eager to get out of the bottle. The nose is acidic and sour, but there’s also a sweetish, caramel-like element and some hops. Sour, caramel-ish flavor with a little nuttiness and some spicy hops. Medium body, astringent and sweet in the mouth. Alcohol, sugar and some hops in the finish. After some sips, I sort of got used to the sourness, but it didn’t taste good anyway. (070711)

Bottled - very lively when opened. A muddy orange beer with a no head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of oranges. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of oranges and spices, as well as light notes of plastic and alcohol, leading to a slightly bitter end. The body is quite powerful.
