Burk stor ölprovning i djursvik med sjösten och peter . Här har vi först choklad 75% peter tycker 70 % håller jag inte med om. Sen kommer bourbon och tydlig bourbon och därefter lite torr kakao . Mye god

Aroma: Bourbon and oak with notes of vanilla.
Flavour: Malty and fruity sweet with dried fruits and oak. Aftertaste is sweet and lightly bitter. Mouthfeel is oily and warm. Surprisingly little boozy.
Colour: Black with a brown head.

Can from Best of Beers. Black with a lasting dark brown head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, vanilla and bourbon. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish with a little warming alcohol. Oily and soft. 290325

Can 44 cl. Pours thick and opaque black as crude oil with just a tiny film of a brownish head. Fatty curtains in the glass. Sweet Bourbon and vanilla aroma atop fatty molasses. Super rich and potent body, with very little carbonation. Subtle roast, chocolate vanilla and Bourbon. Surprisingly little booziness. Delicious! 130325
