For our next iteration of the Sake Beer series we added a touch more hops along with a blast of blueberry to create this intriguing flavor bomb. Dry hopped with a combination of Gemini and Ekuanot Hops help bring balance to this slight sour notes created by Koji.

Work meetings are over so time to hit a few spots on way to airport. Cloudy orange some blueberry tint. Nose is blueberry, some sake and yeasty. Tatsss of blueberry juice and not in my favorite way, sake is present with melon almond and rice. Little bready. Kinda odd
