Sampled on draft at Hugos this beer poured a slightly hazy yellow color with a medium sized foamy yellow-white head that left no lacing. The aroma was tart citrus, almost pear and apricot. The flavor was tart and dry with apricot, pear, yeast and a bit of mustiness. Medium length finish. Medium body.
