Sampled on draft at the brewpub this cider poured a slightly hazy yellow color with a small soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was musty and medicinal with floral hops. The flavor was floral and fruity hops with faint apple and medicine. Hoppy finish. Medium body.
