Lobster Chamomile Lager. Brewed entirely with German pilsner malt and whole local lobsters. Thoughtfully hopped in the kettle with French Strisselspalt and Chamomile flowers. Fermented and lagered in stainless for many moons. Gently dry hopped with more Strisselspalt and a touch of Czech Kazbek.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a golden color with a large foamy orange-white head that left decent lacing. The aroma was sweet, yeasty and citric. The flavor was sweet and yeasty with citrus, chamomile and a light mustiness. Medium length finish. Medium body.
