[Bottled at Købehavnske Øldage] Clear amber, rich head. Evident grapefruity hop aroma. Medium sweet with rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Aromatic hops dominates. Nice late bitterness. A good, aromatic ale.

(On tap) Slightly hazy amber golden with a small, off-white head. Caramelish aroma with a touch of aroma hops. Rather light body, again with some caramel notes and a fresh fruityness. Dry, lightly hoppy finish. Quite delicate. 281005

[At Fynske Øldage 2005] An amber beer with a huge light brown head. The aroma is sweet nutty, but also with some acidic notes. The flavor is sweet nutty and hoppy, but also with an acidity lingering in the background - which I don’t like. From the name and from drinking it I thougt it was a English Pale Ale, but the brewery lists it as an IPA - if so it lacks a lot of hop character.
