Sampled on draft this beer poured a slightly hazy pale yellow color with a small soapy white head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was tangy and citric with a hot pepper presence. The flavor was tangy and sweet with hot pepper, light pineapple and lemon notes. Long hot pepper finish. Light body.
