Clear amber beer with a big and fluffy white head. Aromas of hops, grass and some caramel. Sweet flavour dominated by caramel with a hint of hop bitterness and some citrus.

Draught. Orange red / brown color with a white head. Aroma of fruity and malty. Sweet taste. Very nice beer for food.

Draft at Sct Clemens!!! Creamy white head, mostly lasting, fantastic orange colour. Week but nice aroma. Hints of grapefruit in flavour, a strange but very good beer.

(On tap) Nice amber colour with a fine head. Discreet, slightly flowery nose and a light bitterness. Unfortunately this lacks both body and flavour - I expect a lot more from a Christmas brew. 111201

Dark amber color, creamy head. Nice aroma of malt, some hop. Reasonable body structure, malty, some sweetness, caramel, some aromatic hop. Ends with a strong caramel-like bitterness, still some malt. Good blend, just too much caramel and lightly metallic.

Copper-amber color; generous head. Malty aroma, caramel; light. Average body strength, but quite a lot of malt character in the front (drier than suspected), then the caramel and finally a fairly good hopping, as usual from Apollo (maybe a little thin and lacking of character).

Hazy amber color; generous and thick head; wonderful lace. Very nice aroma: hop and fruits (mango, cherries, plums). Good body structure, with a residual sweetness and a good hopping; enough caramel; maybe just too much aggressive (too much carbonation). More caramel and less hop aroma than the Apollo Pilsner in the final, but it’s quite long and strong anyway, also with a long, nice sweet note.

A deep red unclear beer (not filteret) with a beutiful head. It has a slight aroma of fruit. The flavor is very mild with notes of fruit - but no bitterness. It’s very light for a christmas beer of 5.6% abv.
