Tap@Apollo, Copenhagen - dark brown pour with tiny white head. Sweet malty aroma and taste with some caramel notes, some dark fruity nuances, some spices in there, not bad. ---Sent via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Lovely amber color with a fine thick off white head. Looks really inviting. Well it ends there. Yeast and caramel malty aroma with some fruity notes. Medium body. Slight sweet and a moderate bitterness. Soft carbonation. Horrible flavor. Yeast, caramel, metal and some weird fruity notes.

Fra fat på bryggeripuben 4 Nov 11. Mørk gylden / amber. OK luftig skum som varer. God fruktaroma med en anelse krydder. Smaken er søt frukt. Appelsin & plommer. Forsiktig tørr avslutning.

250ml draught at the brewpub. Unclear amber. Filmy layer. Malt-fruity aroma. Malty taste profile with brown sugar with citrus peels keeping the sweetness at bay. Smooth and creamy in the mouth (Copenhagen, 14.11.2010).

Tap @ Flakhaven, Odense. Pours clear reddish amber with a small white head. Nose is sweet vienna , with a hint of butter, grain and alcohol. Taste is dry and bitter with notes of grass, grain and perfumy hops. Medium palate. Ends dry. Fresh and fine offering from Apollo!

From tap at the brewpub (ABV: 5.9%). Pours beautiful red/hazzlenut brown with a dense off-white head. Sweet malty and butterish aroma with a slight spiced note. Flavour holds a soft citric/bitter note above the mild malt base. Not really sweet nor dry, medium. Slight bitterness in the finish, but once again - buttery. Has a note of cardemomme in the far finish.
