Sampled on draft this mead poured a bright yellow-gold color with a trace soapy white head that faded instantly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweet peach soda. The flavor was sweet and tangy with peach, a bit of pez, citrus and a light tannin undertone. Medium length finish. Moderately full bodied.
