Sampled on draft this mead poured a pale yellow color with a trace foamy whit head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweet with tannin and honey. The flavor was sweet with light tannin, honey and faint notes of pineapple, peach and pear. Medium length finish. Medium body.
