Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a yellow color with a large foamy white head that faded quickly. The aroma was tart lemon meringue and dust. The flavor was slightly tart and bitter with lemon and dust. Medium length finish. Medium body.

Sample at the brewpub. Hazy straw color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to a wispy film. Spotty lace. Fruit, wheat and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal wheat, citrus and bready malt. The finish is wheaty with a fruity aftertaste. Average overall.
