Sample at the brewpub. Clear pale yellow-gold color with a medium white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Sparse strings of lace. Aroma of malt, yeast and slight hops. Light-bodied with flavors of grassy yeast, grainy malt and a touch of hops. The finish is sweet malt with a mild fruity hop aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured bright yellow color with a huge foamy yellow-white head that lingered and left great lacing. The aroma was faintly yeasty and phenolic. The flavor was yeasty and phenolic with a light citric note. Medium length finish. Medium bodied and smooth.
