Bottle from Chester Beer & Wine Very lively this one ! Was fairly careful pouring, but still ended up with a glass completely full of froth. A strong nose of ginger biscuits. Pours jet black with a murky brown head. Mouth has a general sharpness to it. Ginger predominates as you might expect, but also cinnamon and chilli warmth. Liquorice and rye bread in there as well. Finish is ginger – and a burning tongue ! Really like this one – will definitely try it again
