Sampled on draft at Tapped this beer poured an almost black color with a medium sized foamy tan head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was malty and woody with leather and tobacco. The flavor was astringent with molasses, tobacco, alcohol, leather, raisin, fig and wood. Long finish. Moderately full bodied.
