A deadly delicious Imperial Stout featuring loads of house-smoked white wheat, bacon fat powder and additions of molasses, smoked paprika, smoked ancho chilies, black pepper, pink salt, and milk sugar added into the whirlpool. Healthy notes of chocolate, molasses and cashew on the nose, the Butchers Mouth has a rich, silky smooth texture and is packed with notes smoked meat, chili and spice!
To quote our boy Tommy, “You can get a good look at a T-Bone by sticking your head up a bull's ass, but we'd rather drink Butcher's Mouth Imperial Stout.”

Sampled on draft at Amber Ox this beer poured a black color with a medium sized foamy dark brown head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was bacon fat, malt and bread crust. The flavor was bitterish with anise, malt, red meat and a touch of wood smoke. Very long finish. Thick, full and smooth body.
