Belgian style Tripel with Jasmine flowers. We've been sampling this 9.2% ABV beer around to our brewer friends to try, and the consensus is that it is beautiful, haunting, and one of the best beers we have brewed to date. Incredibly delicate, floral, fruity, soft and incredibly refreshing. It drinks like a 5% beer but warms you up from the inside. We used ample amounts of herbal and floral Styrian Golding hops throughout the process, and added dried Jasmine flowers to the whirlpool. We also did not add any clarifying agents to this beer, we just used time and temperature to mellow and soften the beer. The result is a beautiful glowing beer that is difficult to capture in words and will haunt your senses.

Sampled on draft at Amber Ox this beer poured a bright golden color with a large foamy off white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was jasmine, yeast, mustiness and ginger powder. The flavor was sweet and tangy with jasmine, ginger powder, lime, yeast and a warming booziness that worked well. Very long finish. Full body.
