Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a light brown color with orange highlights and a medium sized creamy white-tan head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was malty and a bit woody with bread crust, faint vague fruits and touches of caramel and alcohol. The flavor as malty and a bit toasty with alcohol, bread crust, cola and cherry. Medium length finish. Medium body. Disappointing.
