Draught at Ølfestival 2008, Århus
Cloudy orange color. An Ale, but not the expected IPA; round mouthfeel, toffee flavor, strong bitterness, but the fermentation produced strange vegetables traces both in the aroma and flavor.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a white head. Aroma is mild orangefruity and slight herbal hoppy. Flavour is mild fruity, but mostly quite dominated by bitterhops on top of a quite subdued malt base. Some fruity hops lingering vaguely on top of this. Ends solid bitter.

Bottled. Hazy amber, small head. Sweaty and salty, dry and caramelly. Soem caramelly malt provides medium, body and clean mouthfeel. Hops contribute mostly to salty bitterness and very little to aroma.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a slightly hazy amber with a bubbly, dissipating off-white head. Sweet, perfumy nose. Rather solid body with a very high degree of malt sweetness - distinct caramel in here. Some somewhat soapy aroma hops never really manages to create balance and only leave a discreet bitterness. 190606
