Birra speciale a bassa fermentazione ispirata alla tradizione bavarese della città di Monaco. Colore ramato e complesso gusto maltato unito ad una sapiente luppolatura. Birra di elegante complessità, prodotta con una miscela di malti rinomati e luppoli nobili tedeschi. Ingredienti: acqua, malto d'orzo, fiocchi di avena, luppolo, lievito.

(Bottle, 0.75 l, at HBF2010) Poured dark brown and clear with medium sized and lightly tan coloured head. Aroma contained caramell and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were matls, sea water, molasses, fresh malts, hops and bitterness. Aftertate was malty and bitter.
