Bottled. Clear, almost golden beer with a small off-white head. Malty nose with some alcohol and fruits. Malty and grainy flavor with a decent fruitynes-level. Medium mouthfeel. Another boring Danish strong lagerbeer. (061130)

Bottle. No head and not nice amber colour. Aroma thin but OK. Nice powerfull hoppy flavor and good palate. Maybe this beer was a bit old.

Bottle. Soapy aroma with a hint of hops. Copper colour, small, unstable white head. Flavour is quite sweet, almost sugary. There is some hops, but they seem to give a perfumy flavour which I do not care for. Low carbonation.

(Bottle 33 cl) Considering it’s name ("White Gold") this is far from white. Actually it’s unusually dark golden for a lager - almost amber. Some head, that collapses in a sec though. Typical low carbonation for Refsvindinge. Very malty, with a sweetish edge. Full body and a rather subdued bitterness. Nice alright and certainly not like any other Danish strong lager. 250699

Golden color. Nose of hay, bread. Simple taste, some sweetness, better equilibrated at the end, with a correct bitterness.

A beutiful orange beer with a fine but fast disappearing head. The aroma is faint with notes of malty sweetness and a little sourness. The flavor is fresh, malty sweet, with notes of a good brewmash, straws. A very fine flavor for a strong pilsener. An average beer.
