This robust brew has plenty of hop and malt flavors and the rich red colour is evidence of the caramel and crystal malts used in the brewing process. A traditional hybrid brew given new life. Stylistically similar to a Canadian amber ale but it’s heritage is in the alt and oktoberfest of central Europe.
