A silky-smooth, dessert-inspired ale with a rich, creamy mouthfeel from lactose, creating a luscious milkshake-like texture. Bursting with flavors of sweet strawberry and vanilla, it's beautifully balanced by a subtle touch of hops for a perfectly rounded finish.

Can pour from trade with CLW--thanks, Chris! Cloudy dark yellow-light brown with slight reddish tingle, tons of sparkle, thin head w/good retention and nice lacing. Aroma is sweet strawberry, tart fruit and bready malt backbone. Taste is stronger version of aroma with tartness a bit more emphasized and less malty. Smooth texture, average carbonation, and finish as taste but with dry, crisp, lightly bitter final act. Good strength and fair complexity and, surprising amount of tartness and bitterness to ensure it doesn't get too sweet.

Can from Airforcehops, thanks, Chris!
Looks the part-nice and cloudy, milkshake-strawberry-blonde. Large, off-white head, good retention.
Can smell the strawberry from a ways away after pouring. Good aroma strength and it's augmented by good hoppiness. Though, could use a bit more hop character (not that it's too milkshakey, just wouldn't mind more hop intensity). Clean enough and not overly lactose-y.
Sweet and bitter - very nice juxtaposition of flavors and the body is soft, creamy, round. Excellent malt character with a very good bitterness on the finish that balances things nicely. Strawberry, cream, vanilla, and surprisingly the hops work, as they somehow do with this style. Well-made stuff, very polished and with no flaws. Really dying to get to Omnium.

16 oz can. Aroma is a mixture of soft, herbal hop and mild berry. Flavor follows with a little bit of vanilla contributed to lactose. The mouth feel is right for the style. Decent
