Our Japanese-inspired Red Ale gleams with a reddish-copper hue. The aroma combines caramel sweetness with earthy hops and a touch of Japanese sweet potato. Each sip offers smooth, balanced flavour with mild caramel notes, a dry finish, and a delicate roasted character. With its medium-light body and crisp carbonation, this ale provides a refreshing yet flavorful experience true to the Red Ale style.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear deep amber with a white head. Light fermented bread on the nose. Flavour has dry caramel and stale bread. This comes across as a fairly low-effort red.

473ml can. Pours a clear red copper with a medium, foamy, short lived, beige head that laces. Mild, sweet aroma of toasted grainy malt, caramel and floral hops. Sweet flavour of toasted grainy malt, caramel, toffee, sweet potato, earth and floral hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with a slick texture and average to soft carbonation. Tasty and unique.
