Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a brown color with a medium sized foamy off white head that left good lacing. The aroma was sweet apple, strong caramel, cinnamon and honey. The flavor was sweet apple then a bit of astringency followed by strong caramel and cinnamon. Very long finish. Medium body. Quite tasty.
