Sampled on draft at the brewery this beer poured a dark brown color with red highlight and a medium sized foamy-soapy brown head that left decent lacing. The aroma was bourbon, cherry, toffee, nut and a bit of astringency. The flavor was tart and sour cherry, nut, tobacco and whiskey. Long finish. Medium body. Decent but somewhat disappointing.
