Sampled on draft at Fat Head's this beer poured a dark brown color with a faint red hue and a small foamy tan head that left decent lacing. The aroma was tart and fruity with notes of cherry, raisin and a bit of wood. The flavor was tart and woody with dark fruits, almost whiskey and a touch of soy sauce. long finish. Medium body.
