Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured an almost black color with a large foamy tan head that faded and left decent lacing. The aroma was dark fruits, toffee and molasses. The flavor was toasty and malty with toffee, dark fruit and molasses. Long dark fruit finish. Moderately full bodied. Excellent.
