Belgian-style Golden Strong Ale aged 6 months in a merlot/chardonnay barrels from Toasted Head. Complex beer, approachable to many different palates. Nice dry finish.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a vibrant golden color with a medium sized foamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was oak, red wine, apple and pear. The flavor was strong red wine and cider vinegar. Very long finish. Medium body. Decent.
