Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a caramel brown color with a medium sized foamy off white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was smoke, bacon and faint fruity hops. The flavor was smokey and woody with a bit of soot. Long smoke, wood and soot finish. Medium body. Meh.
