Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a black color with faint orange highlights and a medium sized foamy beige head that left good lacing. The aroma was roasty and woody with coffee, smoke and bacon. The flavor was smokey and woody with bacon and maple. Long finish. Moderately full bodied. Ok
