This pint can was delivered from Half Time recently. My New Belgium globe glass is in place and I pour. I see a milky, hazy orange-yellow body topped by a moderately tall, icy white head. The hops are obvious in the smell along with citrus, tropical and pine. I take a drink. Not sure how they decided to include what hops in what amounts but I think the brewery did a good job of it. Hops, certainly, in the taste with an accompanying bitterness, papaya, white bread, pineapple (from hops, not fruit, lol), some grapefruit and orange rind. The sensation tilts towards dry, it only makes sense. No knowledge of the brewery or the beer before this sampling, I approve of both right now.
