Light refreshing beer using pale malt with some carapils to add body. First Gold hops giving a moderate bitterness and some herbal hop, late hopping with Centennial gives some tropical fruit and the addition of Willamette adds a fresh lemon citrus note. MALT: Pale, Carapils. HOPS: First Gold, Centennial, Willamette.

Cask (@Charlie’s Bar): Deep golden, a bit hazy, stable off-white head, herbal hoppy nose, fruity malt detectable; mild to moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; short herbal-bitter finish, fruits detectable. O.K., nothing more…

Cask at Charlie’s Bar, Copenhagen. An amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons and butterscotch. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, butterscotch, and citrusy hops, leading to a dry finish.
Earlier Rating: 10/17/2005 Total Score: 3.2
[Cask at Charlies Bar, Copenhagen] An orange beer with a small light orange head. The aroma is sweet and very fruity, with oranges coming thru, but also well hopped. The flavor is sweet and very fruity - again with oranges coming thru with most power, but also with a lovely dry bitter end and with a smooth body.
