Light refreshing beer using pale malt with some carapils to add body. First Gold hops giving a moderate bitterness and some herbal hop, late hopping with Centennial gives some tropical fruit and the addition of Willamette adds a fresh lemon citrus note. MALT: Pale, Carapils. HOPS: First Gold, Centennial, Willamette.

Cask. Nice ctrus hoppy aroma. Almost clear copper colour. Fresh citric fruitiness in flavour. Aftertaste is a little mild, but with OK medium bitterness.

Cask at The Ship, Sandgate, Kent Amber colour, aroma of cinnamon and floral hops, lots of citric lemon flavours in mouth with hoppy lemony finish. The fruit I though was a little artificial and there is not enough about the rest of the beer to balance it.

Cask conditioned at the Baron of Beef, Cambridge. Was also available at the Cambridge Beer Festival. Deep golden colour, low head. Nice refreshing hoppiness throughout, citrussy elements in aroma and flavour. Decent.
