(Draft) Clear deep amber with small white head. Very subtle aroma with hints of caramel. Medium body with plenty of soft carbonation. Pleasant but unusual flavours with notes of candy sugar and pear drops. Some gentle bitterness in the finish. Some tartness at the start. Pleasant beer.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a clear light amber colour with a thin broken white head. The aroma is big sweet malt. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet with crisp, fresh, ovaltine malt, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Tasty!
