(Draft) Clear golden with big long-lasting white head. Pleasant subtle aroma of citrus and maybe passion fruit. Medium body with plenty of soft carbonation. Citrus and tropical start, some pleasant caramel malt in the background. A nice bitterness in the finish. Very good.

Draft at the brewpub. Poured a mostly clear yellow golden colour with an everlasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, tropical citrus. The flavour is over moderate bitter, with a fresh, crisp, earthy, mineral, woody hop bitter palate and a long bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
