(Draft)) Clear straw with big long-lasting white head. Subtle citrus and sherbet aroma. Soft medium body with plenty of fine carbonation. Citrus and sherbet at the start. Citrus carries on through the palate, but that’s about it. Pleasant easy drinking beer.

Draft at the Alcott Hotel, Lane Cove. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, grassy, light pine. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, crisp, mineral, light dank, light woody hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average to soft carbonation.
