A well-balanced American Pale Ale with a harmonious blend of citrus and tropical fruit characteristics from a hop trio of Citra, Centennial, & Amarillo. The nose bursts with vibrant citrus aromas of zesty grapefruit and bright lemon, leading to layers of tropical allure of mango and passionfruit with a sweet finish. Named after Mario Cipollini.

Cask at Wellington, Brum. Clear gold. Thinnest translucent white head. Cask has citrus, a light resinous bitterness and underlying malts..as does the flavour. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Unexciting.

Cask at the Beer Bank, Quarry Bank. Pours pale lemon gold with a large head. Aroma is eggy papaya and lemon.
Taste has straw, lemon, light papaya and a touch of egg.
