Our other very popular Big Westie! This West Coast IPA gets the Citra & Mosaic treatment... delivering lashings of citrus and mango (good old Mosaic!) flavours. This beer is inspired by an absolute cracking IPA I had the pleasure of sharing an evening with, in Portland Oregon.

Keg at the Paisley CraftBeer Festival. Pours clear golden amber with a cream-coloured off-white head. Aromas of orange, melon, bread. Taste is more of the same. Quite a similar flavour profile across a number of these beers. Light sweet finish.

Palate - close to medium bodied, a touch sweeter than expected on the finish.
Overall - quite nice.
