Brewed with floor malted Marris Otter and English made munich style malt from crisp maltings, with a touch of chocolate malt. Fermented warm with a wonderful British strain familiar to most anyone who has ever had a beer in philly. Hopped gently with Slovanian Styrian Goldings. Malty but light, easy on the pallatte and supremely drinkable, mug after mug. Let’s get Mild!

Draft at Jenkintown. Translucent dark brown color. Small frothy tan head. Malty aroma hints at mild roast and cocoa. Some hop bitterness in middle, but this is a malt-centric beer for certain. Bittersweet chocolate vibes in finish. A session beer with big flavor.

Draught at Schuykill Banks: dark brown with a light beige head. Aroma is nutty and plenty malty. Taste is lightly bitter, hefty malt. Like sweetness. Quite tasty.
